Another favorite workout, Chris! Challenging, fun, and impeccably cued! I love this off line classes where there is less distraction from chatting. While this might be easier for you, not having to constantly switch focus from teaching to interacting with your huge class of participants, at the same time, it may be difficult because you miss the vibe a live class brings. Live or not, your classes, Chris, are wonderful! Thank you for all you do. Looking forward to your Sunday step class tomorrow.

Oh my word. Are you actually trying to kill us?! That was insane. I’m talking carnage on the step floor! It was so fast, so complicated. I didn’t know where I was ... twirling, back to front, upside down ... it was like being on some terrifying rollercoaster! I loved this work out! I want to apologize for my comment on the last workout of yours that I did. It was whinning about not stepping to the beat. I wasn't feeling well that day but wanted to start working out. I found out the next day that I had covid. Apparently, one of my symptoms is being bi÷c#¥. (And probably hearing my own beats in my head) But I'm over it now, and I hope I stick with this because I feel AmAzInG once we're finished! You're the best!!

I wanted to get this so badly, but couldn't. I had to quit halfway through, which is very rare for me. When we learn something new on the other side of the bench, I have to see it the same way I am doing it, not mirrored. In a class setting it's easy because I can watch someone in front of me. I even tried to have my back to the screen to do it exactly like you, but couldn't get it. :( If you could show it just once with your back to us, I know I would get it.
