@@unni.m1959 strengthen your glutes & hamstrings with stiff leg deadlifts, lunges, stretch your hip flexors with suptavajrasana, chakrasana etc

​@@AniruddhaStrengthmy glutes are kind of okay. I do weighted squats. My hip flexors are also not tight. But my abs are very weak. They protrude out and have no strength. And my obliques are the weakest. What to do ?

@@SHIVAM11AUG home workout se isase bhi acchi body banai ja sakti hai, aap kisi bhi calisthenics ke athlete ko dekh lijiye, meri to body acchi bhi nahi hai, mai jadatar squat, deadlift, stonelifting karta hu🙏
