This is a 10-minute abs workout routine for advanced users.
It is better to perform the movements that require large movements and strong power first. It's hard to divide clearly, but I think it'd be nice to divide it into upper, lower, and outer parts so that you can do 3 sets each while taking a break.
If you find it difficult to do 10 minutes at a time, you can break it up into 5-minute sessions!
You can do just one set of 10-minute routines, and it would be nice to do it three times a week. ^ ^

I normally can do the 2 different abs workout of the 7 min of your workout.i thought i was strong already but this workout made me humble. Still have a long way to be able to finnish the routine strong....thank you for such a great workout!!!

Спасибо, что посетили мой недостающий канал. Лично я считаю, что 2 комплекта будут уместны. В случае упражнений на пресс трудно рассчитывать на сжигание большого количества калорий, поскольку многие группы мышц не мобилизуются.

No, para que tengas ABS marcados tienes que hacer series. Quiere decir repetir la rutina 3 veces para que tu cuerpo entienda que tiene que quemar la grasa para lucir los muscúlos. Debes seguir los entrenamientos 3 veces a la semana. No más porque sino el musculo se desgasta. Debes crear tu propio horario, comer adecuadamente y dormir lo suficiente. Es importante seguir todo esto estrictamente para un cuerpo más saludable. Fuerza, tu puedes! 💪🏆
