I wish that I could cook outside but my outdoor space needs work and a good cleaning. Sometimes, it's easier to cook outside because the grease doesn't get all over the kitchen. But I really dislike cleaning the grill. Sometimes, I find it harder cooking on the grill than just cleaning up the kitchen after a meal. Either way, I would be cooking outdoors always if I had such a beautiful outdoor space. Your videos were amazing before, but now you have gone above and beyond. I can only imagine the hard work besides your cooking that goes into every video. Simply beautiful and yummy! I'll bet that your beloved Ron is helping with the grill cleanup because it sparkles.

Rachel! This sounds so delicious! Each video I think gets even better! Thanks for the tip on keeping the avocado green and fresh. When I make Kabobs using bacon I like it cut very thick, too. I like a hickory smoked bacon. For the bacon I like to mix some dark brown sugar with a maple orange syrup, along with the spices I cover the meat and veggies in, then spread it all over the bacon. If I can’t get the maple orange syrup I take a good Vermont maple syrup and add a little orange flavoring or juice to it. That added little sweet surprise with the bacon is really delightful. I hope you and Ron will try it and enjoy it, too. This is such an exceptional recipe! Love how you make your chilled sweet iced tea, too. You look like you are having so much fun cooking in your outdoor kitchen. Could not have happened to a better person. God bless you all! Thank you for sharing this!
