I brought things with me to make him some chicken green chile cheese tamales and Mexican rice. Masa and dried ground chiles are impossible to find there so I brought it all with me. I made the green sauce here and canned it them mailed it to him so We could have our special dinner. I made some enchiladas too! I used your enchilada sauce recipe and I linked him your recipe so he could make it after I left😍. I left him some wonderful red chili powder that I use here too.
