Have made this dish on the regular. My 93 y.o. mother has been craving nopales y tortitas de camarón in chile colorado. She used to make it but her Alzheimer’s Dementia has progressed and she doesn’t recall the recipe. I never watched her cook it so I don’t know it either. Do you have a video for that?
