Mike Hallett did help him out a lot in that one. That made me realise how much it meant to win one of the big tournaments, so few players achieve that. I'm so glad Stephen has this channel. The videos have been great but there's the other side of me thinking while watching him play that thinks he could still do well and win tournaments. But he doesn't like the practice and I completely understand. The amount of time you need to practice at this game is a lot. At least for most people besides Ronnie. Lol. But just watching Stephen play each video, sure he's rusty a bit but those missed shots are just lack of practice. I can completely understand where he's coming from though. He had that drive and determination that was just off the charts. I would have been so intimidated playing against him back in the day. I'd love to see him focus again and play but that is just a huge undertaking I think that a lot of people don't understand. But instead I will enjoy the videos like I have been and I could only hope to get to play against him in a friendly match some day. I'm one of the very rare Americans who loves snooker. I could make a whole series on how and why Americans don't like snooker. I would love to talk about that on Stephens channel. It would be an interesting video and shocking about the lack of snooker players here and why Americans don't like snooker. its terrible.
