Exactly, games are so boring I only watched a game for 20 minutes and I turn it off can’t watch it anymore. All I see is 3 points shoot outs, that’s all they have in their minds. Players get the ball and start going to 3 point line when they could of shot a 15 feet jumper. That’s all you see nowadays so boring no intense defense and no dominant centers playing post like the good old days.

I'm sorry to tell you kiddos, but today's game UTTERLY SUCKS compared to the 90s and early 00s. You are SERIOUSLY fooling yourselves if you think you're seeing a better product today. Not only is your era soft, but ALL of the current rules have CLEARLY made it offensively EASIER for perimeter players to shine, which is why you don't see those must-see, dramatic, intense, back-n-forth, grinding playoff series anymore (like you did in the 90s and early 00s). It has essentially turned the game into a 1-dimensional, glorified, 3pt shooting contest. No to mention, the Defensive 3-Sec Rule has OPENED UP the lanes more than they've EVER BEEN in league history! When you see guys penetrate today, once they've gotten by their initial defender, there's virtually NO defensive resistance at all. They basically have a green light to the rim, which is a BIG REASON why perimeter guys are able to score like crazy today! This is truly a TERRIBLE brand of ball we're getting in this era...SMH

as a basketball purist I hate seeing the amount of 3 pointers taken in today's game. it makes me sick watching these dudes chucking shot after shot. I attribute that to lazy coaching and players just looking to get easy buckets. I feel like every foul is an excuse for an advertisement to pop up on screen and no lie when you have so many free throws it just makes the game way longer than it has to be. who knew that the NBA would turn into something this lame in our lifetime. good thing we have game footage like this to fall back on. soft ass league
