Look, Hogan is bad, no arguing that. But Austin had him on his podcast not that long ago, and he never confronted Hogan while he had him in person in front of him to talk about Gawker, the sex tape they leaked and what Hogan said while being illegally recorded. Additionally, Austin himself isn't a dude who owns up either. He's a woman beater, beat Debra whom wrestling fans know, and his own wife not long after, and he never publicly apologized for that as far as I know. Mark Henry was right to call Hogan out, but not Austin. Austin always felt threatened by Hogan professionally speaking, on a popularity contest level, and didn't want to face him in the ring because of this. He was afraid the fans would prefer Hogan over him, just like they chose Hogan over The Rock when they faced each other on Wrestlemania. If Austin truly spoke out about the Hogan issue now, it's hypocritical and petty IMO because he knows Hogan obviously can't defend himself right now.

Hogan needs to truly own what he did with no excuses. Even though he and I are from the same city, I don't support what he does anymore.
@TheFlareMind15 күн бұрын
Unless I am mistaken that TMZ video came out, WWE parted ways with Hogan after the racist remarks, Hogan apologised and then he made his return to WWE shortly after. When he returned he got massive pop I remember. I couldn't see mass group of people with pitchforks around that time. Why did WWE bring him back then and now? I still think even if he apologises again and goes extra mile, people will still not accept his apology or forgive him.
@christiancsq15 күн бұрын
Hogan only "apologized" to the talent backstage. Titus said his apology didn't seem sincere. However the jews force ppl to apologize publicly, attend sensitivity classes for Judaism & require a donation to a Jewish charity for acceptance of said apology.

Austin should not worry about Hogan brother but apologize to Debra for the hell he put her through. He walked away from the dream match that all the little Austin's wanted to see against Lesnar. Instead of drinking beer and stomping a mud hole Austin gave up and went home while hogan was still trying to entertain the fans somewhere still having multiple surgeries.

It’s not soo much what he said years ago that is making the wounds feel fresh, he just recently fired a woman from his beer campaign supposedly because he found out she was colored. Things like that tell people that you have not changed and just took the bandage off that old wound. And I want to add another perspective to the whole situation. I like how some people are so quick to make light of what Hogan said and how he just straight out called his daughter’s friend a Nigger! But let me bring this to you, if he had said anything antisemitic we wouldn’t even be having this conversation, we would’ve taken his name off everything having to do with WWE, he would have been cancelled! They would’ve never brought him out on any live event, period. Racism is racism, and a racist is racist. Period. I am all for forgiveness, but you can’t keep doing racist ish, and thinking people are going to rock with you like that. And I have been a fan of Hogan’s for years. How do you think i feel to know that is how he views my kind? So I feel like, if you don’t really fool with me because of my race, then eff you too. Simple.
