It just goes to show you that the level of your confidence isn't necessarily predicated on how big your job is. There are CEOs out there with massive paychecks who don't have enough confidence to get through the day. But then there are homeless people just like the guy he described who's confident enough to hit on women while shitting. Confidence level: GOD.

I’ve adored SB since his very first special decades ago. When he tells the story (here) about the homeless man looking at his wife going “well hello, beautiful…” I was already dying laughing, because I would have had the same reaction if it had been my woman there. 😆 Byrne’s punchlines and storytelling are always hilarious and original, and we’re lucky to have it digitally preserved. 🍻 ❤️ Check out his earlier standup if you haven’t already. The Byrne Identity and Happy Hour.

I consider myself a feminist. But I also love cynical comedy. Especially when it sounds like it comes from somewhere genuine. It takes a lot of courage and acceptance to use your suffering to make others laugh.

This didn't age well. @5:35 who's watching SportsCenter these days? 🤣 But love Byrne. His "men posing" bit is hilarious.

Hey Everyone, hope this finds you well! If you are depressed, bake cookies and take them to someone you know needs help on your street - see what happens. ***** HAVE YOU EVER WANTED TO BE A HERO? Prepare 3-6 months supply of food and water and place it in a safe, dry, hidden place in your home. It is easy and very cheap to start - 25 pound bags of pinto beans and 25 pound bags of powdered milk go a long way. There is only 3 DAYS OF FOOD SUPPLY IN ANY CITY. Add an emergency kit with bandages, crank rechargeable flashlight, etc. Tell all your friends and family. When there is rioting in the streets, you will be THE HERO and responsible for saving the lives of the people you love and care about. YOU CAN BE A HERO!
