I’m hoping if Steve really wants to retire…then he will mentor his replacement. But he would have to do the segments WITH the new person for awhile. That way we would still get to see Steve &/the new person would learn from the master!

White pages, not yellow. Yellow was for businesses, white was residential. FYI...
