Nah. Look he's ridiculous and shit, and what he trains in wouldn't hold up against BJJ for instance, but he'd fuck a regular guy up in his prime. He was legit and did master his craft. The thing is the craft he mastered is Aikido, and it's more for disarming someone coming at you with a sword. Using the other person's momentum. But he'd fuck a regular dude up

Rules of fighting Steven Seagal: 1) Don't hit Steven Seagal. If at all possible, telegraph your moves as obvious as you can, so he can easily block it and counterattack you. 2) Wait your turn. If you are with a group of people and one of them is already fighting him, don't attempt to help him. Instead, wait for him to lose and then take your shot. Remember the first rule, tho. 3) Don't use guns. If you have a gun, don't use it unless you miss your shots on purpose. Don't attempt to shoot Steven Seagal from a distance. Instead, wave your gun in his face and spout some asshole lines until he disarms you.

+Xylarxcode 4) If someone has so much bad luck to hit Steven Seagal in the face, he will be sued and imprisoned for life. 5) Not in the face. 6) He is training his ego more than training his body. Because when he do film a movie, he needs to tell the director to tell others not to hit him, or even beat him.

+Xylarxcode And whatever you do, don't have any fighting ability whatsoever, just fight like an even bigger girl than he is, so that when he fights like a girl he won't look as fucking stupid. Also play along with his choreographed moves, run up to him with your hand out like you're Hillary Clinton running for president, and run PAST him so he can wave his hands and pretend to grab your hand-- then go flipping through the air like Charlie Brown when Lucy pulls the football. If you used even basic fighting skill, you'd kick his ass, and we don't want that. --The Mafia

Predictively and consistent like training a parrot 🦜👈🏻🧑🏽‍🦰😷. The millions of people walking around and driving by themselves in cars wearing masks that do nothing proves it. My30thnamechoice Not in Steven Seagal's case, the guy is a 7th Dan Akido Master, he was trained to handle 5 or more guys, in fact to even get to 7th Dan you have be able to beat 7 guys from your knees. Then to go with that he has several other martial arts under him. His movies are pretty much there to just show how dominant he truly is, and make you laugh at the sorry mess the villain put them self in.

Yes I do feel they can, just because they practice with partners does not mean it is not being done in a real time speed and fashion. There would be no point to it, if everything was purposely slowed down. That is why being a 7th Dan in Akido is so considered so highly, because you pretty much have to be at a far higher level. That isn't even to go without saying that 7th isn't even the highest, in fact the highest is 10th which you have to be Japanese to pull off. Your point has merit in where yes its not wise to be in the center of it all, which in this case was for portrayal of a movie, and even in Akido the person isn't being surrounded because they learn how to position themselves in a way where they won't be trapped like that. You can't judge Akido based off of a movie which was designed for entertainment, but Akido is not something that is a joke.

Haha that scene was hilarious. Laughed my ass off at that. The look of the guy still eating casually. "Oooof, that hurt, don't disturb me while I'm eating".

The camera cuts more than him ever thinking about exercise.

-The dude is 70 years old now, and suffer from diseases, of course he is out of shape like everyone is going to be (even you) in the future. -All action movies have camera cuts. The problem is when cuts don't let you undestand what the fuck is happening (like Liam Nison's movies). Seagal's movies (at least the ones he made when he was younger) show you everything and let you undestand what is happening. All the "let's hate Seagal wagoon" is so stupid...
