1 can tomato accents (stewed tomatoes)
1 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
2 sprigs thyme
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Caribbean Green Seasoning
1/4 cup water
1 heaping tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon Caribbean browning
1 veg cube
1 tablespoon parsley
