Excellent video. Just after a bit more info. When your in the bow and arrow, should you keep your shoulders packed down and back. Or do you let them extend like you would do when doing an overhead shrug?

It's alright to extend the shoulders. To maintain the target to the back, it's best to predominantly utilize the hips and leave extension to the arms, but good bows also employ some shoulder mobility, too. Hope this helps 😀🥢
