Sticky Willy, Elderflower and Apple Juice 🍃

Cleavers, sticky willy, goose grass! It’s all the same thing and a plant that I swear by 👌🏻🌿 🧙‍♂️
After having eczema myself I heard about the magical benefits of cleavers. I started adding them to my drinking water daily along with juices and even eating the tender tops. 🍃
After a month or so my eczema cleared up! 🤯
But I actually like the flavour whether it’s infusing in water with a slice of lemon or as a juice. It’s like an earthy cucumber with a mild bitter tone to it. This recipe is great with a splash of gin for those Hendricks vibes 🥒 🥃 😆
