Ha ha! I just made and ate this. I really like Bok Choy, which I never even had until the past number of years. I don't even really know how to cook. This was the first time I've bought and cooked Bok Choy and Oyster Sauce and it turned out delicious! I included some ground beef I had and one could well just do this almost like a "hamburger helper" type of things. So easy!

In so many of these cooking videos they use bowls that are too small. I use a bigger bowl with plenty of room so I don't need to mix and marinate meat so gingerly so as not to spill out while I stir it.

At least for this video, there’s no splashing or spilling here. There’s no pooling of extra sauce. It’s “just enough” to cover the meat. Plus the cornstarch soaks it up.
