・ Chicken thigh: 1 piece (300g)
・ Sake: 1 tablespoon ・ Salt: A little ・ Potato starch: 1 tablespoon ・ Cabbage: 200g
・ A. Sake: 1 tablespoon ・ a. Mirin: 2 teaspoons ・ a. Chicken glass soup base: 2 teaspoons ・ a. Grated garlic (grated): 1 teaspoon ・ Salad oil: 1 tablespoon
Topping / coarsely ground black pepper: appropriate amount
■ Preparation ・ Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces, removing excess skin and fat.
■ How to make
1. Knead chicken thighs with sake and salt and sprinkle with potato starch.
2. Heat the cooking oil in a frying pan, add the chicken and fry on medium heat until the color of the meat changes.
3. Cover and steam for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add the cabbage while tearing it.
