Wow! First time trying and I felt a little nauseous while turning my stomach. I've done ab workouts for years and I was impressed with how I could kind of move my stomach left and right without the help of my hips. I cant hold my breath at all tho lol! I truly love your videos because you explain in great detail how to position your muscles and body in ways that activate them much better than just showing the basic movement like most videos do. Love your tutorial! ❤️

Wow Issy, I’ve watched a couple of videos years ago on vacuuming and i didn’t quite understand it, but you really did a miraculous job in simple terms. I feel like I vacuumed for the first time in my life haha. Thank you so much! Love your energy
