As someone who did marry as the result of an unexpected pregnancy, I can tell you that even if both people involved are decent and convict themselves to do the right thing, it won't work out. We probably were better people then the ones in this film and still got a divorce after five years.

the line about how the kid was only reading it to impress his college professor could easily put this movie in the God's Not Dead universe.

Also, knowing Laura mocked the audience with sarcastic laughter during the film makes her even more awesome. I'm imagining Peter Griffin sarcastic laughter.

Oh my god, it's a Quiverfull movie. I mean, it's a heavily-sanitized, appeal-to-the-masses Quiverfull movie, but it's Obviously Quiverfull.

Pop Culture Primer Same sort of situation. I'm a Christian from the south, liberal as they come, loves musicals and the arts. Apparently I'm not a "man"
@virtzilla6 жыл бұрын
You do like musicals though, which in turn makes you funky. This is just me talking, but I would take having some genuine funk in my life than being a "man" any day.

That part ticked me off. My grandparents are devoutly relgious, while me and my dad are agnostic, and one of my uncles is an athiest. Yet they are still in our lives, because even if they disagree with us on religion, they still care about us as people. I get the feeling these parents didn't really care that much about the kid, if they didn't even try to talk to him about his beleifs.

I got a Like Arrows trailer in front of Infinity War. The trailer looked awful and the movie looked bad from the trailer. I have no idea why they put this trailer in front of Infinity War.

NinetailPhoenix They probably had a specific number of trailers to fill for each movie and they added this because they didn't have any other option.
