so did you show us set 1 or wha that the whole exercise? would you recommend going through those 6 exercises 2 more times in a workout?

Hi I'm a beginner, have just started with my kettle bel swing ( 5 reps at a time) . Can I alternate kettle bell swing and battle rope? Or is it too early? Chances of injury?

This is really up to you? What can you do that will maximize your workout without causing you injury or pain? You can adjust time, reps and weight but always challenge yourself so that you are getting the most from your workouts.

doing battle rope circuits like this, can i actually completely give up treadmill stuff? I hate treadmill but love cardio.

Awesome...do it. Still go for walks outside...walking is one of the best primal resets so don't give that up but you never 'need' to use a treadmill to get in quality cardio.

i personally hate the tredmill , if and only if i used it it would be for a bit of warm up , but in my opinion there is a lot of workouts that can be much more challenging , intense , that would increase your heart beat much much more , and that burns fat much much more , take HIIT for example , give it a shot and you`ll thank me later :)

Ian Vargas not many mate the intensity of this exact circuit isn't that great, you not really pushing, getting your heart rate up etc. The slams are a good kcal burner. But if your looking for a kcal burner trying doing 1 minute fast alternate waves 30 seconds rest x5 then do power slams 1 minute x5 with 30 second breaks in-between. I say these workouts as they are more for endurance, stamina and fat shredders and you can burn more kcal based around them two workouts. Other workout are muscle based and you can get fatigue by doing them., if your goal is burning kcal, I would stick to the ones what burn the most calories.

We went for numbers. Some exercises were 10 reps, some 15, etc. You decide what to do but the longer you go or the more reps you do the harder the workout but the greater the results!

Just like Brian said, you can go for reps. We love going for time as well...for example, is his routine above, you could go for 20-30sec each move, rest 20-30sec, then go to the next combo. Enjoy!
