I use 2 separate bands (with the same resistance) anchored at the same point eye level. Each hand grips one band. I find 2 bands are easier than 1 band, to pull all the way back at eye level.

yep i use resistance bands too, face pulls have totally fixed my slouching, I feel like resistance band u can go back farther, which can correct ur posture, as u want the arms the farthest back u can.

Excellent exercise video and very important for shoulder mobility. BTW - although I too prefer to use bands, a rope and cable can be used with a neutral grip.

Thank you! Yes you can definitely use a rope and cable with a neutral grip, but we suggest using a much longer rope than the standard rope attachments, or you can use 2 of the standard rope attachments (1 for each hand) so you can achieve a similar range of motion.

You can absolutely use a neutral grip on the rope! However, because of the length of the rope you're going to be limited on range of motion. Using a 41-inch band is going to allow you to get better range of motion in your facepull and better muscle engagement.

I get that same ROM with a rope by holding it opposite of how you are. Full contracted position looks almost like double biceps pose.
