I personally think.. KASHISH. Should not take other videos and give opinions.. Rather he should select a exercise and give his OPINION. Not put down others.. Bhai kisko bhi bura lagega.. YES I M NOT TAKING ANYONES SUPPORT.. there are some exercises which are very harmful so there are BETTER EXERCISES. Koi bhi exercise agar ache form weight ke saath krogey it will always be effective. And everything depends on ur body apka body ko konsa exercise suit krta ha.. but also navjot became a lil too aggressive. But again ye sab hota rahega.

It is very evident that Navjot thinks that Old School & Biomechanics are two different philosophies. The difference is Biomechanics is evidence based. Old school is as adamant as andh bhakti. Some of the workouts of the old school regime were inferior and outrageous. Answer to Navjot's question - How did yesteryear bodybuilders build great physique? The answer is - They build their physique not just by doing a barbell bent over row, barbell squats upright row, behind the neck press/ pull etc. Their regime was accommodated by good nutrition and other proper workouts (biomechanically correct) too. The problem here is - Navjot is so narrow minded that he is not willing to let go of his ego and learn the fundamentals. Movements like upright row and behind the neck press/ pull do not provide any form of extra benefits as there are better and safer alternatives. But he still advocates for those imbicile exercises. Why? Because legends did those. Legends themselves have later said about how naive they were when it came to exercise selection. To conclude - Guys like Kashish aren't trying to ridicule old school. They are only trying to fix it by helping you understand the science behind all the workouts. But if you choose not to understand the logic behind exercises, so be it. Do more mindless workouts and get injured.

Bhai who said hi sirf old school movements hi karne chahiye.. one has to include compound and isolation movements in balance to hit targeted muscles more efficiently. Lekin agar koi biomechanics ka 14 ye bole ki back muscle build karni hai to aaji hi barbell row karna chhod do to uske liye to ek hi baat bol sakta hu.. Nikel lohe.. pahli fursat me nikal.. exercise thik se karna sikha nahi sakte to bolte hai ki ye exercise chhod do.. vaise bolte hai ki maine 5 sal gym me floor pe training di hai lagta to nahi..
