Her book should be read by everyone on earth! So many people with metabolic disfunction!! I learned so much from her book. I'm doing keto now for 6 years. Lost a lot of weight, hope to stay away from cancer and keep my brain functioning. I,m 77 yrs old. I also am helping my son who is schizo affective, (I hope I translated it right, I'm Dutch)to realize eating the right foods . He loves eating keto with me, when he is at my place.

Grains are a staple for billions of people around the world. People in India, China and other countries have been eating them for thousands of years and much of our nutritional knowledge comes from ancient cultures.

Love this! I was vegan for 7 years and it almost killed me and I was a mostly whole food vegan. Within 48 hours of cutting out legumes and grains, adding meat back in, I felt like a whole new person.

Very helpful video! A balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats is generally associated with better mental health and brain function. I would avoid processed and fast foods, sugary foods and drinks, trans fats, highly processed grains, excessive alcohol and caffeine. Many thanks for sharing, Max and Dr. Georgia! 🙌❤

@@MyMusiclover28 Fish, skinless chicken, turkey, eggs and cuts of red meat such as loin and round steak. Also, low fat dairy products, like cottage cheese, yogurt, and milk are also good sources of protein.👋

Perhaps the keto diet hasn't shown great results because as Dr Bredesen says, it's not just one thing that causes Alzheimer's. You need to find out what's causing all the holes in your roof.

College Students, I would say, ARE still growing their brain and finalizing physical maturation. Therefore they should Not be on vegan diets. Lack of brain maturity probably also contributes to the quality of food choices. And if they are already metabolically unhealthy when they are first turned out to make their own food choices 🤦‍♀️

Big money is the only thing any of these food companies are interested in. Grain by any other name should be kept in the barnyard and not on our tables. Meat, veggies, nuts, fruit and sometime a treat will do you well. If in a box say no thanks
