It's very sad because many people are misdiagnosed and get wrong treatment.

I have a Heat Recovery Ventilator. A heat recovery ventilator (HRV) is a ventilation device that helps make your home healthier, cleaner, and more comfortable by continuously replacing stale indoor air with fresh outdoor air. New homes built since 1977 are more airtight, which helps save energy but can make the inside air stale.

The issue with HEPA filter is not how much air it can scrub, it’s the filter itself. Brand new filter is good for around a month until mold and bacteria also start growing in the filter itself and blows out dirty smelly air. If the environment is humid mold and bacteria will grow in the filter. I have to change my HEPA filters once every 1-2 months because after that amount of use I start to notice a smell coming from the machine and goes away after a change the filter. If the humidity inside the house is above 50% you’ve got problems that will build up over time.

We are demolishing a section of our home right now to do our own remediation. During the initial work of removing the most contaminated building materials, we got sicker, but now that most of the materials are gone, our symptoms have lessened.

Aluminum siding destroys our electric environment, and mold loves that.

I think we're just smarter about just how toxic mold is. It amazes me sometimes just how bad that stuff is.

I think we are blaming the firemen for the fire again... We need to be following terrain theory, not the fraudulent "germ" theory. C'mon now it's 2025....😁

I am horribly allergic to mold due to being terribly exposed in work and living space. If you want to deny it you go right ahead. It's TERRIBLE.

Mold in your home or work is a terrain

It’s not the mold itself, it’s the mycotoxin that the mold releases. Being trapped in a closed space with excess mycotoxins will eventually cause symptoms, period.
