Superb points, thanks! My big crush for delts is the Powell raise, it puts the emphasis on the lenghtened part with only dumbells. So weird that in the golden era it was a common practice yet nowadays nobody makes it. The other game changer was for me when I first made side and rear delt movements with straps. So much better connection, isolation.
