I related so much, thank you for sharing. Especially that fear of not knowing how to do something. I've realized a lot of people have this fear as well. It does make it easier when you know you're not the only one struggling. The perfectionist in me thinks I SHOULD just know how to do all the things. Reminding myself that everyone, including me is allowed to learn and grow. It's not a failure to not know exactly how to do the thing. I'm a student at heart that loves learning and never claim to know everything about anything so it's so funny that I expect myself to. The brain is funny. Affirmations help so much 💜

Wonderful mindset affirmations. Going through "The Slight Edge" has helped change my focus from blame to responsibility and understanding what that means. I've also set up daily goals to help me on my journey. Thank you for sharing. Oh, I too get distracted by the ticking in the BG music. I always get the right course direction I need watching your thoughtful videos. Thank you so much. Remembering the early 60s ( no cellphones) my elders used to teach us to be up, standing, facing East, right before the dawn. Because that is when Dawn Boy began his run across the Earth to give blessings to the ones that did. The purpose is to be thankful, give gratitude and pray to our Creator (in our native language). It was considered shameful to be found in bed by sunrise. As time went by less and less stood outside at dawn until that became the majority and now it is the new normal. Please don't stop putting out your take on mindset.

Rejection is the thing I have had the most problem with. I have just gotten to the point where I’m comfortable with myself. I was always trying to live up to rules that I thought I had to live by. I now realize that I don’t have to live by those rules and I can be comfortable being who I am. Thanks, for the encouragement.
