Since centuries the optimal manner to overcome not only occasional constipation but chronic constipation too naturally will be taking castor oil. Remember that castor oil is the only laxative that will not work in the intestines by irritating them, but by activating and synthesizing certain substances in the human body. So any habituation of the human body or diminishing laxative effect is absolutely impossible and castor oil is suitable in a special manner for chronic constipation. Take 1 tablespoon (15 ml) castor oil early in the morning on an empty stomach; eventuelly later a second tablespoon castor oil.

I have a perfect diet. Always able to go, 45min after any meal, then suddenly nothing & right side pain. Took laxatives & cleaned out my gut, then fasted. Still nothing for 3 days. Took laxatives again, cleaned out my gut. Two days later, I went (perfect stool). But my stomach is so bloated, I kno I still have to go. Im thinking about taking castor oil.

I try everything for my son to heals his constipation even vegan as a matter of fact the plant base diet made it worse. We eat healthy no fast food at all. We were vegans before but now eat meat grass fed beef which makes his digestive system better but he does have problems eating cow milk and cheese plus pasta. He gets bloated at times when consuming certain food even vegan or vegetarian foods. He drinks lots of water . He doesn't drink soda nor juice. He eats fruits and veggies. But nothing helps. We don't eat pizza he's allergic to a ingredient in the bread and pizza dough. So do make homemade bread and homemade pancakes from scratch. Yes he's been to the GI doctors they don't know the course of his bloating and constipation and nauseous. He is 21 yrs old. So far we know he cannot eat certain food but vegan did not do it for him and we did it since he was 7 yrs old which made him very sick so we had to change the diet to eating meat again only organic and grass fed and grass fed butter it does help . But he of course can not live eating only eating meat. He always been very slim. We don't eat meals from outside I always cook healthy meals.

There are various ways. Some include herbal tea mixes specially formulated to get the bowels moving and kill parasites. There are also enemas.
