❤❤❤ man I tell you what this is one of the best grounded way to explain proper position and technique. That really can help an individual get the gains that they were intentionally looking to get. It wasn’t rushed it was detailed, but you speak very proper and you simplify it for the average person. I’m definitely subscribing and I want to learn more. I’m getting back in the gym. ❤❤❤

I really appreciate this video. My biceps have always been stubborn to grow. I've been doing these workouts in the gym but have been doing them incorrectly. Especially the preacher curls. I always thought that the preacher curls did not work because I could never feel a bicep pump when performing them. I always wondered if my chair position was situated correctly and if my ROM was on par. Thanks for demonstrating the right way to do it.

I actually like both methods, rocking through the movement with control, and strict "Arnold curls." Both have produced results for me. I train biceps three times a week and love. I'm always looking for fresh ways to increase size, so thanks brother 💪🔥🔥🔥

Good suggestion on the bicep peaks but the 🚫 method you mentioned was designed for baseball players bc the bicep is a potential issue for baseball players i.e. Glenn Bragg’s bicep was perhaps in the way and limits range of motions etc. Thanks for the video.
