Don't forget the steroids also, because his body is not that of a natural bodybuilder. He put in the work, but it took more than just genetics.

People always talk about others been on roids but you still have to workout harder so the juice can do it’s thing just taking roids and not working out is not going to be no changes

I found tricep pushdown with rope very difficult to perform due pain in my little fingers when they are pushed against those plastic parts in the both ends of the rope. Any tips on this or is it just ”normal”?

If you worked out as much as he does for a couple decades + the genetics. Your arms will grow naturally. You should try it and let’s see your results.

Any way you want. I follow rule of working bicep then tricep, quad then hamstring, chest then back for example…. If that makes sense

if u got big wrists then u can build big arms (with yo height if u got 8 inch wrists then a person can build 18 inch arms). u be passively working out yo forearms so it make is look unatural wit the ratio. or u on juice idk
