First time here. Thank you for ways to increase fiber and emphasizing both ways to gain protein and importance of sleep. Im working hard to sleep enough thru a good routine and when I wake up how to resettle myself so I can return back to sleep.

Thank you for presenting such a balanced and thoughtful view, Rupy. I need to take up to 150g protein, which is near impossible without including high-quality animal sources. Is 1.5g per kg the topmost intake? As a woman who is trying to build muscle, I'm curious if it should be upped a bit more. However, I don't want to be consuming above what is healthy and useful.

I start my day with protein but I have lesions and fatty liver so can't be taxing my liver like that. Also I have a kidney cyst and a kidney stone.

Losing weight and losing fat is 2 different things. Plant is worst.
