Please tell me you have at least pin safeties for that rack and are using them. I prefer straps, but the main function of a power rack is to lift safely. and tip for those 2x2 or 2x3 racks, if you get some weight horns and put some weight on the back post down low the rack becomes super stable and won't budge on you and you can still bench in it without it interfering with your lifts. sorry if I'm coming off as criticisms not meant to be just stuff I dealt with in mine. happy lifting brother

@@drathmor1401 all very good points. I do have the pin safeties and a couple other things I didn't call out in the video. Your point about counter balancing the weights is a good one too. If you do something like outward overhead extensions on the cables and don't have enough weight on the back, it can be tippy if not secured in place. Same goes for something like cable deadlifts where you're going heavy from one low point.
