Seems You have been on a break when I found Your channel/videos. Hope U’re back releasing the great videos of Yours. I’m impressed how You withstand that attack and also saved them all(especially Vivien) 🤩 After a couple of tries running out of food, 3’rd time is working out quite nicely gathering a total of 7 survivors in my little Outpost. I’m currently on day 44. My biggest issues is finding more silicon for electronics and CPU assembly. My cotton farms never gets ready for harvesting either, so new clothes are a pain at the moment. Didn’t help when my big house containing kitchen, living room, workbenches and so on had a not finished roof. Guess it was a bug, couldn’t figure out why the room didn’t heat before I turned on the room/roof overlay and saw that I warmed up everything but the room 🙈 Keep up the great work, girl 💪

Good to see you back, DDD. If you haven't done so yet, I suggest you have your guys observe Manure and then make fuel from that crap! (yes, pun intended) Also, very much looking forward to seeing you play-through the sow and sell update.

Good to see you back. You have to totally remove those 3 or 4 fences going into the base, no gate or doors, just nothing. Then put flamethrowers on each side facing each other 4 spaces apart with traps between. Enclose the flamers on 3 sides with fences and a fence door on the back side of the flamers so they can re-fuel them. Two flamethrowers with traps can handle 100+ bugs at a time and 4 can handle 200+ and so on. This way you don't even need weapons except for junos, shriekers and hummingflys which come later on. Your people shouldn't even get touched and your walls should get almost no damage. I know you don't have the fuel for them now but plant a ton of grain (at least 16 units per person - 3 times 4X8 plots for 6 people) and dedicate one person to making only fuel from grain as soon as you can. Also try out the new military base scenario. The combat mechs are amazingly fun. Edit: I can send you a screen cap to make it more understandable if you want.

Thank you for the feedback and totally know what you mean, I just hadn't in this video because I was trying to stay as authentic to the original Desertum playthrough to get me back to where I was, but definitely moving forward want to try some other defenses based on suggestions like yours! 😊 Keep them coming, the advice is much appreciated! 💕

I really like this game, but I won't touch any game that has that malware denuvo attached to it. So I'll just watch others until the devs grow up and remove that crap. Denuvo is NOT cheap to license, It's probably a 1/4th of the games sale price right now.

Denuvo isn't malware, it's anti-piracy software. At worst case it causes some game performance issues and doesn't do anything like malware. But yeah, it doesn't make sense for this game to be using it because it costs $25k per month so it's usually associated with AAA games like Assassin's Creed, Tomb Raider, Far Cry, Metro, Resident Evil, Final Fantasy, and Doom (and many many more) which also use it. These games usually remove Denuvo after it has been cracked though so it should be removed soon if not already.
