It was third time lucky for this NEIPA with Nectaron and Strata. Two failures due to a cowboy dry hop technique and the dreaded oxidisation led to the purchase of a FermZilla Gen 3.2 Fermenter with Hop Bong. Finally, it was redemption time and this hazy pale beer turned out incredible with dank pineapple and grapefruit aroma and lingering citrus peel bitterness.
