Steroids are one thing but there is millions of gym bros around the world that take them yet they are far from being as strong as klokov He is the results of crazy genetics, incredible training, perfect coaching (that plays a huge role) and chemistry. Take out one of these things and he would probably not be where he is now
@sammylpt90762 жыл бұрын
@Az Erty - how do you know he is the result of all those factors? Did he have multiple identical siblings from birth who were all put on different interventions throughout their whole life and thus arriving at the conclusion that these factors were the sole cause of his performance? You don’t know as much as any man whether his success is down to combination of drugs, hard work, correct training, swimming with dolphins, reading Marvel, whatever… all you can do is theorise. That’s all you can do.
@Frankie4Fingerz2 жыл бұрын
@@sammylpt9076 actually all you need to do is look at his dad who was also an extremely strong world champ weightlifter and you can see it is 100% due to genetics, training/coaching and then steroids but without those first 3 those steroids alone wouldn’t get him anywhere close to Olympic level

Pound for pound one of the strongest men on Gods green earth. This guy is just ridiculous
@FrameForgeQuest6 жыл бұрын
Ian Black Pound for pound is a terrible measure of strength. It will always favour very short and light guys, while taller and heavier guys, like Klokov here, would be in disadvantage. He is not 105 kg anymore, probably around 120 kg. Bodyweight multipliers are a terrible measure of strength overall, and are not used in any sport, in any country. The world strongest man have a strict overhead press of just under his bodyweight, and a bench press around only 1.5 times his bodyweight, and he is still WAY stronger than anybody reading this. See now why pound for pound is stupid?? There is a reason why its not used in powerlifting, nor weightlifting. And that is why the Wilks score and the Sinclair coefficient were made, son. This is how you compare lifters of different weight classes, not with bodyweight multipliers.
@FrameForgeQuest6 жыл бұрын
Ian Black The following text was copied from a document in the official IWF website, I hope it helps you understanding why pound for pound will always favour smaller and lighter athletes, and why is a terrible measure of strength, and should not be used to compare lifters: "1. The larger athletes have longer bones and consequently have to lift the loaded bar a greater distance than their shorter smaller competitors. 2. [...] the [ heavier ] athlete [...] needs to lift his higher bodyweight as well as the loaded bar [ and lifting his heavier bodyweight with the bar ] is considered irrelevant; only the weight on the bar counts."
@FrameForgeQuest6 жыл бұрын
Ian Black All the lifters in the - 56 kg weight class beat up Klokov in a "pound for pound basis" (ugh, really hate that term), just becuse they have the advantage of being tiny manlets, even though Klokov is much much stronger than they. This is why nobody cares about "pound for pound" or bodyweight multipliers
@dooby14455 жыл бұрын
Wagner Bertholdo Burghausen you’re in a small minority of people who doesn’t care about “pound for pound” strength you stupid fuck. Pocket Hercules is one of the most incredible weightlifters to have ever lifted, because he was so tiny but lifted double the amount of your fatass.

I have may lower back pain and i want to do weightlifting training so what should i do ?
@Streamoffortitude5 жыл бұрын
It could have several reasons and I am not a doctor, but when related to strength training there is a chance that your abs are too weak compared to your lower back. That may cause stiffness and tenseness. If it’s due to muscle weakness or poor positions in the lift you can fix it pretty easy. If not then go and ask a physiotherapist or someone more qualified ✌️
@columkenn4 жыл бұрын
I got alot of lower back pain lifting. I had to stop barbell back squats eventually but can deadlift now without issues. Physio told me me glutes were weak in comparison to my lower back, so the back muscles were doing work my glutes should be doing. I started doing lots of hip thrusters and it did help alot. I do Bulgarian split squats now instead of back squats. Strengthening your glutes might help your back too.
@theRaw63 жыл бұрын
You can do weightlifting training, it's got when you got back pain, it help a lot, we just adapt the weight in every situation, if someone need to keep a good form and gain some muscle he just gonna train lighter and with more reps, and you'll get better little by little
