Hi Ash, thank you for this strength session, it’s amazing. I’m coming back from an ITB syndrome so I’m not able to run for a while, but once The physio is happy I want to get moving again. This is an amazingly simple and effective workout for my knee. I’m not a runner (knees say NO) but I found myself with the same pain symptoms of runners knee. I found this workout and in a little over a week I’m able to not only do all of the balance bits. , my knee is noticeably more stable. Thank you!

Ash, I have a question about your strenght workouts, which are really helpful and easy to follow! I like the way you explain everything in detail! I would like to know your thoughts about using weight for strenght training. Do you think it is necessary for runners to use weights as well or does everything work with bodyweight?

I do use both. I always start all of my newbie clients on bodyweight for a good 3 months to be able to properly master the exercises before adding weight. If you don’t master the exercises and activate correct muscles then you could end up creating compensations that lead to injury.
