I was in despair and my booty was actually going into failure...locked up and it said "nope no more!" I looked up and thought I saw the black cat pillow but then I saw the 2 twinkles and realized I saw Mini...a little bit of peace and comfort. Animals are wonderful are they not?? :D

Band torture for real🔥🔥🔥🔥 I wish you could see my space😂 I pushed harder when you said and my band broke! Then I kept going and it broke again😂😂😂 Then I went to my tube bc I was not quitting at that point! What a workout indeed😆

My outer thighs are by far one of the weakest parts of my body, but after this challenge I noticed that they are getting stronger! I had to use ankle weights because I have a tube not a flat band and my shoes were further than the weights so I switched. I do want to try it again with the band, it was already hard, but I know how much harder it could have been with resistance in both directions, ouch! Thank you Linda, for another great workout day! 😍 Day 19 of the advanced workout challenge complete! 🔥💖

great way to improvise! I love switching up equipment to make a workout new again. Next time with the band it will feel completely different 😊

Certainly not my first time doing this one but somehow I still didn't comment?!) Shame on me!) But seriously, this is a great burn. I don't have a long band so usually I do the first part with a mini-band and the second part with ankle weights (or all the way through with the mini-band). Works just fine! :-))

Did not have a pillates band but did have a elastic band but my shoes where slidding becouse the shoes didnt have the arch in middle.Switched to my heavy ankle weight and boooom the fire in my glutes and side glutes where cramping.Thanks Linda☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

I used a mini band. Worked just fine. Started with a heavy but switched to a medium.

Finished my lower body day with this one. It wasn't easy because I used a tough band and the burn was super real 😁. Thank you, Linda so much for the burn in my lower body 😁!

Added this on to your Target 20 Glutes which was really nice and burning! This time I used a heavier band and that made a big difference 😊. Thank you for great workouts!

I'm done with this one! Loved it so much! This workout is really quick but pretty challenging (depending on the pilates band) and that's a great thing because on some days you want more challenge than on the others and you can adjust it easily. Next time I'm gonna use a harder band because I want more challenge 😁😁😁. I combined this workout with my upper body strength training and finished with your Stretch Yoga Warm Up Workout - BARLATES BODY BLITZ Warm and Stretch Upper as my cool down and stretch. Thank you, Linda for a super great workout and my good morning 😊😊😊!

Yes, i love how you can never outgrow these sort of workouts. You can change the strength of the band, add ankle weights and even elevate some of the exercises to get a bigger range of motion 😊

Ahhhh!!! That was GREAT!! ✨ Added it on to a 50 minute Butt & Abs Strength workout!! 🔥 However, you made me giggle several times during the workout... 🤣🤣 I may have lost a couple reps because of that! LOL! 😅
