I meant to ask, what particular style of yoga or yoga classes/exercises should I look up for releasing nervous system trauma in general? So far I have landed on TSY and hatha, but having a hard time finding specific exercises. Other than that, to give an example, yoga that worked very well for what I need was Sue Mortars body awake yoga, do you know of her and anything like what she does? Hers are slightly hard, not that experienced. Thank you Forrest, much love!

starting to approach/reach the freeze response. Am stuck there however I am thinking that if I practice after briefly waking a deep sleep and meditate using sleep cycle as an assist, may reach another level. ty for your hard work. Also have combined other techniques such as wim hof breathing method which definitely speeded the process Peace.

Only through the nose. When I demonstrate a long outbreath, I do it with the mouth so that you can hear it. ;)

So a lot of the time when I go very deep into the para, I actually experience a great deal of pain and discomfort. Now it does often unfold into more comfort alignment and bliss. But what is the pain about in the first place? And it will often happen when I have a major freeze response. Its a bit weird. And I have often joked that I was soooo tense that I even relaxed hard! lmao
