Thanks Dr. Gretchen! I have noticed my leg tightness has decreased and my sleep s better since I started stretching twice a day. Like you, I am a shorty; only 4’10” here. :-)

Literally have been using the same stretching stick since 2007.If it wasn't for stretching I would be in a totally different physical situation.

Hi Dr Hawley. I enjoy your videos. I was surprised to learn you are 5'2". You appear taller. ;) I am 5'9" and maybe the chair I use is too short but that's what I have. I feel my arms are too short when I do the hamstring strech and my legs don't have much room to extend my leg back with the hip flexor stretch. Any suggestions. Thanks.
