I had Muesli for breakfast this morning as well! I love to have it with yoghurt and fresh blueberries and a smidgeon of honey drizzle ❤ Love your stripe hype sweater and the colour palette you chose. It is very fitting for you 🤗 So glad to catch another knitting podcast from you ✨️

@@marleneknits That sounds absolutely yummy! I will have to try this way myself, with maple syrup and perhaps a little bit of cinnamon spice on the yoghurt and some peaches 🤔 Sounds like I would like it a lot, as I love fruit and Muesli already 🤭

Completely agree about planning out projects. Regardless of what craft I'm doing, planning is a third of the fun for me...and probably the part I enjoy the most! Love that about spinning to knit. Just wait until you start dyeing fiber to spin to knit. ;)

MyLys is definitely on our schedule when you come visit, they have such a lovely store! Verdict on the French Grey: It‘s a gorg color, but my first reaction was definitely „it‘s so cold, I would use a warm neutral beige“.

Love your colors for the Framed sweater! I got really excited to see that you’re using handspun for it, since I just finished my first skein for my Framed! Going to Flock next weekend to try and find matching contrast colors. Also, just wanted to say that I really love the French gray rather than the cream for your sweater…I think it goes with the blue so well!

Always so much fun to watch you beautiful Marlene. I just decided to knit the Framed sweater also. I talked a bit in my last episode, but I’m not 100% decided on the contrasting yarn yet. I’m going to Flock this year and hope I find the perfect yarn there so I can cast mine on. Wish I went last year to meet you. I wish I could spin my own but I have tried a few times and I still am not sure if that is for me. I, like you , love quilts and the quilt start motif, so I’m super excited to knit this one. Great episode and you are doing beautiful summer knits. 💗🧶

Hi. Great episode once again. I have a podcast here on YT too and from September 1st I am running a KAL for knits inspired by patchwork quilts. The hashtag will be #knitpatchworkkal and I chat about it in my most recent video. All WIPs and double dips are welcome so you can definitely enter with your Framed sweater. Best wishes, Laura x
