Heather!!! Love the fact that you 1. Preview the next move ahead of time, and 2. Allow us a few seconds to breathe/get into position/adjust weight for the next set before immediately moving on. This is sooo unbelievably helpful and is something I see lacking in other channels. I can't tell you how annoying it is to have to pause a video over and over again throughout a workout just to get the 5 seconds required to adjust and position for a set. Really appreciate your format!! xo

I agree Crystal. I'm not the best with coordination and find it stressful when they rush from one exercise to the next. The way Heather does it is perfect and keeps it enjoyable.

Absolutely agree! I use powerblocks and adjust various weight for different exercises, and it can be really annoying not to have enough time for it, but with 20 seconds it is very convenient.

I’ve done a bunch of Heather’s HIIT workouts over the past 2 years and the results I’ve gotten have been simple amazing. I completed her 12-week program (it took me 14!) and it was challenging, but awesome! Recently, I have selected 5 of her HIIT workouts that include dumbbells- 1 workout for each day, then repeat. I’ve done every type of program there was ever invented since I was 17. I’ve always had a routine. I’m 61 years old now and feel the best I’ve ever felt. I’m also still skating (hockey) once a week. Thanks to Heather, Im still able to keep up with guys half my age. And yes, you are simply adorable, Ms. Robertson!

You are the queen of less is more. I don't usually like no repeats because I like to have multiple chances to perfect the movement, particularly if it's compound. But because you use simple and familiar movements, I can really focus on breathing and form because I already know the movement. And it always turns out that I'm working harder than it feels like, because my muscles let me know afterwards!! Thanks so much!

Everything which you produce is always on point, and it is so obvious that you consider everyone's needs, fitness goals, and tastes. I've now been following your fitness routines diligently since November 2020, (Lockdown 2 / UK), so much so I gave up my Health & Fitness Club membership, once they re-opened because you have done so much more for me, as I'm sure for others, over time! I feel fitter, in better shape, and in addition, you have personally helped me in a mental health capacity through this awful worldwide pandemic, and let's be honest, we are all still going through it! Great workout!! I always seem to dread the longer ones...but it's simply a mental thing! I almost couldn't believe it was over! I am 68 and do Heather's workout 5x a week. I started in January doing a few random ones 3x a week and then started the 12 week program in March and finished in early June. I Did the 6 week low impact and now am doing the calendar workouts. In September I'll do R2 of the 12 weeks. I remember my first workout of the 12 week program. Although I'd done a few of her other workouts I found this first one a real challenge. Again, probably just a mental thing. But her I am 7 months in and loving her workouts. THANK YOU Heather!!

I found Heather admittedly from our first ( Perth Australia ) COVID lockdown in 2020. Ever since I recommended so many of friends and colleagues to this amazing Heather🎊 You’re godsend to us Heather. I love the facts that we can do in our own home and own time as well as our own pace. Prior to COVID I would tried to go to gym 3-4 times a week but it proved to be too hard as work and life in general got in the way. So to you Heather ❤️

I like how you vary your workouts, but to be honest I love the no repeat hiit workouts just because I keep wondering what’s next and keeps my mind busy and I don’t think of how tired I’m, or that I don’t what to repeat certain exercise because it was too challenging 😅. wow, this one was definatelly a burner. I love no repeats, but still it gets hard even if you know you will only do it once. Some cardio exercises killed me in the middle :) But I am sweaty, out of breath and with fast beating heart and that is all that matters, this is why I come working out with you, Heather. Love your workouts and diversity and your calmness .... and the music :) Thank you once again :)

Quads, outer buttocks and shoulders are sore the day after. This beautiful feeling of soreness I only get from Heather's dumbbell workouts. I have to do heavy weighted 100 reps of squats in order to feel some soreness.

I could feel the workout coming to an end & thought “I bet she’s going to finish us off with burpees” then jump squat jacks came on & I thought I dodged a bullet… surprise!! Great workout. The added cardio in each circuit made this killer, thank you Heather!!

Based on the size and how she uses them in this HIIT I’d say the dumbbells are between 10-15lbs. Light enough for all around use but enough weight to add good resistance.

I used to think the same thing and longed to know what weight Heather had but I have come to realize that it doesn’t matter what weight Heather is using;; it matters what weight feels right for me to use. If it feels to easy I grab a heavier weight next time around; too light, I drop it down. I’m guessing this is why Heather doesn’t generally post her weights
