I love the idea of packages of tomato paste. I can never use a full can--not even the tiny ones--all at once.

@@hollish196 Right! I use the smallest cookie scoop I have, wrap them in plastic and the store them in a bag in the freezer. And they don’t take a long tine ti unfreeze.
