Coming from my airborne and air assault background I really appreciate the efficiency in the training and safety considerations. Even with the luxury of a padded fall into boxes they still took the time to review what Niko learned with Gui and then worked him up little by little in a very clear and concise manner to ensure everything was as safe as possible. VERY nice work and looked great.

Clint quit because he wants to make a film, and his schedule at corridor and obligation to corridor just didn't alot him the additional free time to pursue his goals. Niko, this is the best definition of the impostor syndrome you could give because in psychology the impostor is the one who doubts about his own skills on something and thinks he’s not as competent as others (not as many youtubers think: the one who tries to compensate on and ascertain about things he doesn’t know for the fear of being less than others) while surrounded by an expert group... you showed us that you had your skills, and you can be as competent as any (beginner) stuntman, Kudos on that!.

I've watched enough Corridor to notice that Niko is so immensely nervous and anxious in these videos, lol. Especially having to chill and wait for the adrenaline rush to pass there after the jump. I'd definitely feel the same, fear of heights is not easy to overcome, and more so when you actually have to jump off high ground! Even tens of hours of skydive freefall under my belt and I would still be sweating that jump Niko did. Dude braved it out and was focused enough to not get hurt!

@@therocketeergamer7952 Skydiving is a different beast. You're so high up that you don't really have a reference point for being "high". The human brain didn't evolve to comprehend falling from 10,000 feet. But it has no problem comprehending falling from 20 feet. I don't have a fear of heights, but I get more of a vertigo feeling from standing on a balcony than I ever did looking out the door of a skydiving plane.

@@robadams1645 its not only that, fear of hights and fear of falling works in funny ways, for some there is no fear when safety gear is involved. for example, i have no trouble doing the kinds of things niko did when there is that kind of savety equipment, i have little to no fear of rock climbing (with savety gear of course) over the sides of cliffs that extend hundrets of meters down, but push me against a window on the 1st floor of a building and you might see me cry. it works in weard ways.

Travis Wong is a *PHENOMENAL* Stunt Coordinator. He talked Niko through everything from a logical, physical _and_ mental perspective so he knew _EXACTLY_ what to expect. I love these videos because not only are they cool, entertaining, look fun as hell to do _and_ incredibly educational. Binding the boxes together and then placing unfolded boxes on top makes so much sense! *Great job, Niko.* I'm sure you were nervous, and rightfully so, but you did great. If I only watched the clips of you jumping, I would assume you were a pro.

Travis Wong did such a great job as an instructor here. Great positive reinforcement after each of the falls. Focused on a small number of key things that needed to be done at each step. Building incrementally. He showed all of the characteristics that make an effective instructor in any subject. I would love to go to his gym and learn some stuff.

Not gona lie. Deep down I knew everything was going to be ok. But I still had an uneasy feeling in my stomach the whole episode because I was worried about Niko and just the fact that anything can happen. Goes to show how much I care about you guys! Killer episode team!!

My track coach did that test at 3:56 and I knew it was coming and decided to mess with him a little, so instead of stepping, I just fell forward.

@8:54 Solomon covers the top of the ladder with his hand as an extra precaution to protect Niko from hitting his head. Good looking out bro. It's those extra safety precautions and awareness that not everyone may notice, but they make all the difference.

You know Solomon takes his job super serious when the moment he did the ladder jump he put his hand on the edge of the ladder to protect Niko's head in case he didnt get far enough out away from it.

Lol is it dumb that I like watching the rigger more than the stunts? Those small things to he was doing like applying pressure to the bigger pad so it wouldn't move and putting his hand on the top of the ladder to protect Nico's neck and head. Very awesome job my dude!

I listen to Travis so much on the JamCast, it was so great to see him actually kinda at work coordinating a stunt. You can see why this dude is in Hollywood he just acts so professional and is so clean with what he does.
