Hi! Your consultant should have given you a starter kit with a 4oz Sisterlock shampoo in it. We recommend shampooing your hair weekly or every other week. The Sisterloscks shampoo helps with the locking process. Also, you want to avoid build up from your natural oils and environmental pollutants. Hi Doreen! You can wash your hair either weekly or every other week. It is advised that you do not go more than 14 days without shampooing. (Also, my apologies for the delayed response 🙏🏾)
