Is this tutorial in the package that you are selling? If yes, is the perimeter of the videos cut off like in this video? Because not being able to see key things like Blending modes, makes the tutorial less straight forward to follow
@DavidB-rx3km2 жыл бұрын
I think that's why they cut them off - to get you to buy them.

I love your channel man! Great content, also do you have any recommendations on what kind of brand of drawing monitor/tablet I could afford for texturing? I hate doing textures with a mouse lol and my budget is around 200-500$.

Hi, I want to ask a question, what is the pc requirements for Substance Painter, I want to know it, because my computer, emmm, you know, it is a potato.
@ambiqt17052 жыл бұрын
So, I love this tutorial, however it is lacking in a lot of areas. I am not new to substance painter but some of the steps are hard to follow. The program may have been updated since 2021 and I'm on the latest installment. That said, a lot of the screen has been cut-off so I am unable to see what layers your clicking on and adjusting, as well as the steps are missing crucial parts. Example - I'm currently stuck on connecting the ambient occlusion to the black mask to finish the green layer. When I create a new fill layer, add a black mask - I can't simply drag/paste/connect the AO map to that black mask. I've been struggling with this for a few hours now. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but instructions were unclear.
@lhmsc2 жыл бұрын
You can use a AO generator on the mask or create a fill inside the mask and place your AO map in the grayscale channel.

I agree, it's hard to follow when you can't see where she's clicking :/

Im with you on this one. It would've been really helpful if they were showing us how to do it instead of telling us how to do it.
@yasz.animacao3640 Жыл бұрын
Finnally found it! Add a bitmap mask layer, then select your ambient occlusion map :')

great tutorial and the woman thats guiding through is super talented, its such a shame the editor decided it is better to cut out a heap of the screen hiding information...

do you recommend getting substance painter? I am very new to digital 3d art as I am mostly a pencil and paper artist. Should I start somewhere else or will I be okay if I jump into one of your tutorials?

You should learn doing things in 3d first

What program is this plz
@bluedeerarts42472 жыл бұрын
The programs used for this project were: - Zbrush (for sculpting) - RizomUV (for UV making) - Substance Painter (for textures) - Marmoset toolbag (for renders) - Sketchfab (online plateform for 3D model viewing) - Photoshop (for touch ups and final images) Hope this helps!
