You gotta love Gold w(r)ankers. They show constantly that they cannot read things... Or notice patterns... Or even just engage their brains. 1) not every single one. a lot are "what are you doing" or "if you shatter now I am stopping the video!" So not even most. 2) player plays... Erm... It was playing during the first phase of your "how to sty" template. Surely the video was playing first? Do you think the chicken came before the egg? I hate to tell you this but logic and science tells us the egg came first. Since this is a clip from within the video, which is actually what he always does, it means the replay viewer was playing and therefor the player was "playing"... Though how a player cannot play since the literal meaning of the world... 3) actually he also says "don't do" a lot. See my first point, dumb dumb. 4) well this is awkward as the player doesn't die. Just gets stunned by brig. Maybe if you learned to notice patterns better you would be good at Overwatch... But since you cannot even notice simple patterns in youtube content I doubt you'd be able to in game.

@@Syn4TheWin Nothing I love more than a McCree activating Deadeye as I'm already charging at him instead of using flashbang, but because I'm not perfectly centered/turning to adjust he gets booped up, along with his other five team members huddled in the Baptiste lamp. Meanwhile other team's Rein is the guy that gets the boop into pins and somehow pins people into platforms they were standing on :c But at least I can block Shatter the 3/4 times my team has already died to the first four ults :^)

Big tip for the guy that sty missed in the vid. The first shatter and the shatter that brig stopped, you jumped b4 u shatterd. Never jump b4 u shatter cause it gives the enemy more time to react. Prob the reason why brig stunned u the 2nd time!!

Jumping before a shatter can be beneficial. In most situations don’t jump, it least you unable to defend yourself for a while, but there are situations where you can jump and it will help. Look at videos on how to land more shatters.

@@imprincesswolfy2565 No most likely you stopped because you are so low rank at all roles that is doesn't matter. I mean if I were to stop playing DPS I wouldn't be GM. You think I am anywhere near that level as support or tank? Tank I have to grind and focus just to get to Diamond/Masters. At lower levels you can change and shift. I'd hate you on my team as when support play tank they usually can't create space and have to pick an off tank. If you have gone to DPS you probably die wayyyy too much and don't have good target priority. But what would I know. I am sure you will now tell me you are a 4000sr player.

Nick Armitt I peaked 3800 in support, but when I switched to off tanks in S20, I started real bad, ngl (I was high gold) after 3 seasons I am now 3300-3400. At least now, if my rein charges, I can survive and if I’m playing sigma or ball, it’s “not my fault” nor my problem that the rein died of stupidity, when I mained Mercy, Ana and Baptiste, it was “my fault” “where is my team?” “Bad team”. And no, I’m not a passive tank, as I said, I was a high masters support main, I have gamesense, I know what “everyone” should be doing. (I don’t main Mei, nor do I play DPS, I just like her, that’s why I have her as my PFP)

@@metalvideos1961 Haven't played OW in quite a while, but ok, I'll elaborate: coming back to the choke is always my plan. As explained in the video, it's just a good way to start with some ult charge. But because people at my rank don't understand that and are too heavily focused on how others play their character, they immediately set a negative tone to the entire match by assuming I am stupidly going to defend in front of the choke point. Even when I get back, which has been my plan all along, they assume I do so because they tell me.

The charge at 27:20 was fine and perfect, got a kill, got a bubble and huge healing, the Rein just kept swinging after getting the kill until he died - the problem was the swinging not the charge!

Jesse - completely wrong and low level mentality. He charged in, pinned something and killed it, and got a bubble and massive heals to keep him alive - it should’ve been a fight win, all on the back of a great aggressive Rein charge into a purple backline. Making plays > standing there waiting for someone else to make plays. “Do more things” as Sty said. The problem was he made a fight winning play... then continued swinging when shielding at this point would’ve won the fight

Jesse you’re literally saying “stand still and let someone else do something” and I’d hate to have that mentality, he had zarya ana mercy and he got support from all of them after getting a kill with charge. He also split their backline off from their rein and junkrat (so secured the kill on the rat who was already purple). If this rein just shielded towards their sigma/zen, it’s a clean fight win and it’s all from the charge. The charge was perfect, it wasn’t even a long range charge, he charged into the structure before zen/sigma line of sight begins! But instead he’s been too greedy and started swinging, when shielding would’ve won the fight as his full charge zarya would’ve mopped up the rest

You have to take risks at the right times or you’ll just stand still until your shield breaks, and then die. 2 purple enemies is the right time to charge when you can also get zarya bubble and heals through to support after the charge

Jesse they were behind their rein and wouldn’t have died - by charging our rein made so much space, it facilitates kills, it was a low risk charge with the comp they had, and the fact 2 enemies were purple meant it was a great time to charge and initiate a brawl

If our rein had stood with his shield up, their 2 purple low health heroes would’ve just got healed up and the fight winning scenario is gone. We had a huge advantage with 2 purpled, that’s the perfect time to go for a slightly risky charge because the odds are in our favour in that situation. This is why the charge instantly led to 2 kills on both their purple heroes. The problem as I said was our rein kept swinging when he should’ve shielded the incoming zen/sigma shots

As an overly aggro Rein main, ill say this right now: I would have maid EVERY mistake that this man made to a T. I may be in gold, but gold and diamond clearly make the same mistakes, cause, even though i use my Ult less recklessly, every time this guy charged my instincts from back when i played this game a ton flared the hell up to charge into the enemies, and a few times that he didnt charge the instincts flared in some frankly much worse positions. Diamond, Gold, Bronze, aint matter. We Reins are gonna break out shift key regardless of rank

this is very similar to how i play, i'll keep the tips in mind. I'm in plat and i've been trying to play super aggressive so that i can put myself in more situations of pressure, if i'm playing genji, and i'm in with no dash to get out, i am forced to get that kill, and it improves your mechanical ability greatly.

Like Sty said, your plays work, because your team has your back, this doesn't work so well in lower ranks, if you go in yourself, you need to make it out yourself.

Depending on the rank, juggling mechanics are not important. The big thing with Winston I’d say is jumping mechanics and shield dancing. You can learn a basic combo just to knock people away and the stomp-punch combo for spike damage but learning to jump and shield dance are more important

If your aim is fair (honestly) and you can't get out of silver, I'd bet its one of two things: 1. you're nanoing the wrong person (or at the wrong time), or more likely 2. your positioning totally sucks. COVER. Use cover more. Good piece of advice, watch your games back and continually ask yourself this question: "If every single enemy was a mccree *currently using high noon*, am i safe?" if the answer is no, especially no from more than one target, you're probably in a shit spot. If you can see all of the enemies, they can see you. Find somewhere else.

Also, by cover I do NOT mean reinhardts shield. Natural cover. walls, cars, buses, whatever. Preferably cover by a healthpack (since you only get so many grenades, and at silver your other healer is probably braindead).

As a Reinhardt player this guy does not play like he’s a diamond he plays like a silver, he is either going for a charge is behind the support in the back and if he is in the front line then he just sits there and does not go forward unless hes charging into there team, I can notice this and I’m only half way threw the vid, I think he either got boosted or he’s just playing on his friends account

Same mate. I never saw him taking any position to take lower damage. Either got boosted by friends or bought the account. Or worse, they aren't in Diamond and just lying. You can't see ranks from the viewer. Plus never saw attack bastion for that long when I was in diamond.

There were tons of mistakes (maybe it was one of your worst matches?) that'd be highly punished if the other team had a competent tank main/Ana. If I made charges like that except one (short charge in first point), I'd be dead in less than .5s in my matches (4.3k)

i swear whenever I play rein my teammates always do the opposite of what I'm trying to do. I'm try to do an aggressive push and the rest of my team is camping at spawn and when I switch to play more passively my teammates decide to push past my shield and straight into the enemy.

I went into comp as a noob to the game and got gold but to top it all i now cant cue with compitent teammates. supports who dont heal, dps who dont know how to play who their playing, and no randoms on comms. I dont have a full comp team with friends so it sucks now 😕
