酸甜酿油条这样做🔥酸甜可口很开胃,外酥里嫩非常的好吃,做法简单,大人小孩抢着吃💯
馅料:西刀鱼肉300克、1茶勺盐、半勺胡椒粉、1勺鱼露、2勺木薯粉
其他材料:半成形4油条、3勺番茄酱、1勺酸梅酱、1勺白糖、少许清水、少许水淀粉
1)把鱼肉剁碎,加入1茶勺盐、半勺胡椒粉、1勺鱼露、2勺木薯粉搅均匀、打到起胶
2)半痩油条,切断开中间把它鱼肉酿进油条里
3)调一碗酱汁,3勺番茄酱、1勺酸梅酱、1勺白糖、100毫升清水搅均匀备用
4)热锅热油,把油条炸至金黄色
5)锅留底油,把酱汁倒入煮开再加入少许水淀粉煮至浓稠
6)把炸好的油条倒入快速翻炒均匀即可❤️

这个之前我也煮过,煮好了马上开餐,是不错吃,如果放了一段时间才吃,口感就不好了,油条软了。😊
