Sugar love it or hate it with a burning "PASSION" *flips hair*. I am not a sweet tooth guy, I do eat sweets and sugar but not as much not because its unhealthy or anything is because its just the way I am. I don't get sugar or sweet cravings and never do when I eat them. I never feel desire after consuming them. I prefer other stuff over sweets and sugar. I can eat like 2 donuts and never feel the need for more why? Because I am not wired for sweets like almost everyone is. It's the truth, But even if I cannot find pleasure in sweets does not mean I am immune to its calorie contents as I still have to watch out for that. I also have a Sweets tolerance. Too sweet and I just push it away. It has to be a very weak sweet to it otherwise its not editable to me. I cannot stand extremely sweat stuff its too much for me. I hate extremely over the top sweets. Sugar too much and I crash. Sugar on its own is not evil. Too much of a good thing is bad.

One of my least favorite slogans ever. Science is not something you “trust” or “believe”, it’s the constant pursuit of understanding how things tick. It makes me sick how many people use “trust the science” to push their own agenda. The world needs more critical thinkers, and doing what you’re told isn’t science. If you actually like science, you’d say “doubt everything”, not “I’m right, because I have a degree”

It's just a quick energy source, nothing more or less. If you have enough fat and protein, it doesn't really matter where the rest of your calories come from. The real issue with sugar is it eats up your calorie budget without supplying any micronutrients. If you have your micros covered, then yeah, sugar's fine.

Coach the sugar technique is legit. Durianrider has the same opinion. Increase your carb intake and decrease your fat. There are many doctors who also believe a high carbohydrate diet is in fact our species specific diet. You know, climbing trees eating bananas all day, carbs. Carbs even have a protein sparing effect, it’s all there. In fact upon inspection of fossilized feces, early human diet were primarily starch, carbohydrates. Root tubers in fact

Creatinine rises when you get creatine, and creatinine is often used to detect unhealthy llivers/kidney. Creatine does not damage your liver tho. So if the creatinine is not that high it's likely nothing. High creatinine could still be because your liver is in poor condition tho. I would ask to see a doctor whose used to following athletes.

Great video Greg. You should do more like this. Increase protein per day to 1.6g/kg, reduce carbs to 1g/kg (or 120g total if you have a sweet tooth), let the fat come from animal protein, and increase fiber by consuming more vegies that grow above the ground. It’s all about satiety per calorie. It’s hard to over consume animal sourced protein and fibrous vegies. Both have high satiety per calorie. The “Keep it Simple Stupid” approach is to keep having your meat and 3 veg for dinner, but instead of having 100g protein in it, take 40g away and put that into breakfast (ditch the cereals & muesli etc). If that’s too hard to figure out, buy Greg’s cookbook to get ideas.

You can trust the big companies 100% (OK, you can trust a few, but not many). My dad passed away several months ago. I am just waiting for the check from his Death Insurance. What, Death insurance? Yeah, how in the Hell can you call it Life Insurance when someone must die to get it? It's a pretty subtle trick, but very effective.
