Protein - 3 Fat - 2 Carbohydrates - 9
Calorie value with coconut milk: 124
Protein-3 Fat-5 Carbohydrates-9
Dough:
Coconut flour 100 g.
Erythritol 30 gr.
Vanillin, salt.
Psyllium 1 tbsp (you can substitute one egg)
Milk 150g (if you replace the psyllium with an egg, milk 100ml)
Coconut oil or butter 10g (add to the crumble for the top)
Filling:
Frozen strawberries 600g.
Erythritol 70g.
Agar-agar 10g (strength 900)
Mold D-20cm.
Weight ~ 900 gr.
Bake at 180 °C (356 °F) for 35-40 minutes.
