Can you do a video on natural sugar vs refined sugar and if/how they are digested differently in your body?

I really appreciate the links to the studies and mentioning the outcomes of specific studies. It’s so much better than just saying “studies show” or “research shows” and it saves us time. Ty!

Thanks, Becca! I've been taking Vital Proteins for about 2 months and have definitely noticed benefits in my hair, skin, nails, joints, and digestive system! I only do one scoop a day (in my coffee in the morning) and I wouldn't say the benefits were like huge, but they are definitely enough to notice and for me to feel like it's worth the cost. I'm so glad to hear your take on it. Thanks for the research!

I’ve been using Vital Proteins for a few months and my acne is much better and my nails have never been stronger. I see a huge difference when I consistently incorporate it into my diet.

I have tried Probase Sports Nutrition Collagen Peptides Powder three months ago and it has changed my life. My nails, hair, and skin are healthier and stronger. My nails don't break anymore as they used to and my skin is close to perfect. This brand is less expensive than 99% of other products I have tried and the quality is superior. Dissolves into pretty much everything and it doesn't leave any nasty aftertaste or residue. Really love this product!

I've been using vital proteins for about a year now! I've definitely noticed a difference in my hair and skin. I just throw it in my coffee in the morning! PS - don't put it in water and leave it overnight, it'll smell pretty bad in the morning! 😂🙈

Thanks for doing this video! I was glad to hear the research because I have used vital proteins collagen peptides off and on for about 2 years. When I use it more consistently I notice improvement in my skin, hair and nails. I haven’t specifically noticed improvement in my joints but maybe I haven’t been mindful of that. One thing you didn’t address is if collagen peptides is a good source of protein? Can it replace another protein supplement for smoothies etc?

Are collagen capsules the same thing as collagen peptide powder? I have some collagen capsules from Hum Vitamins that say it’s types 1,2, and 3. Does that have the same benefits as the powdered stuff from Vital Protein that everyone is using?

I like it because it has only 74 calories but 18 grams of protein and no taste. I stir it into my oatmeal & it keeps me full for hours.

I cannot say it was just the collagen, but when I shattered my femur and had plate/screws to hold the bone together, I spent about 7 months in order to heal enough to walk again. The first 2 months I was basically vegan and ate lots of fruits/vegetables and a healthy plant diet. I did not heal at all those 2 months! My dr was shocked. This time around, I had to get the hardware out due to pain. Ive consumed protein supplements and collagen and Im healing wonderfully right now! Im not 100% sure if its the protein amount, quality, the CBD oil or collagen. Thanks for the video.

thank you fro the video, I was wondering can you do what organic multivitamins are best, are vita fusion mullitivites good?
@CrystalLynn8156 жыл бұрын
Yana Bazel there is so much to look for in vitamins like the most bioavailable form of each vitamin and mineral. E.g., vitamin D3 is better than D2, the best form of B6 is P5P (Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate), if you have an MTHFR mutation, it needs to have methylfolate instead of folic acid, etc...
@CrystalLynn8156 жыл бұрын
And of course little to no additives

CK I would really need to try some multivitamins to give myself some extra energy metabolism support , for weakness and such :/I thought maybe taking vitamins would be a good idea I started taking vitafusion multivites but it contains glucose syrup and I didn’t want that , I want more natural ingredients , do you have any that you know ? I don’t want to buy something I don’t really know much . Thank you so much for your reply ❤️
