@@matheusfrota95 Peace and Love, Brother. My TBI has got to the point now that I get 60 mg of Morphine Extended Release tabs 3x daily, Oxycodone, Propranolol so my pain won't drive my normally low blood pressure to stroke levels again-of course the VA antidepressants now from a town doc-sick of the VA, anti-nausea meds, muscle relaxants, valium, a lotion made of ketamine and lidocaine to rub on my ragged out trigeminal nerves from the brain to the neck and spine, CSF-cranial spinal fluid leak from my broken blood brain barrier to the back of my throat if I fall asleep head flat. The only certain things are my rescue pit, Cookie Bear, and she's also my therapy dog, has kept me alive...my wife and my Mom made me promise to try and not kill myself. I have the constant migraines that the pain meds only partly help at the best days, the Thunder Clap Headaches, the Ocular migraines (occasionally) that make you go part blind: That's from the TN2/Trigeminal Neuralgia 2 (''The Suicide Disease") and I get now, much more often, Cluster Headaches ("The Suicide Headache")! BWHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!! It's cool, keeps me from thinking about my left leg with NO feeling from knee to foot-there's more titanium inside than flesh and bone. No more motorcycles. How many weeks, months do you think you could stand nonstop migraines? Years? I miss carrying the M60 machine gun, peaceful sleep, being able to drive-to work. Just a hermit stuck in a house, wondering if I'm a fool to carry on or being strong. A couple divorces back-when the PTSD first showed, the early brain injuries started migraines a few days at a time at first...I (hypothetically) took over 40 codeine tabs to go to sleep finally and be done. Woke up the next day and went to work! Damn! I was buzzed for a few days...but I can't die! I've had full blown sepsis and blood poisoning in 2001 and the doc came to my hospital room and said I would die by the end of the day. Woke up naked and cold on a steel table in a dark operating room, a steel cable holding me on my side because they worked around my spine...still alive. God laughs as I suffer. Mornings are the worst, waking up in screaming migraines, fumbling for the pills. My furry brindle pit jumps up on the bed to be with me as soon as Sheri gets up and moves the baby gate for Cookie. Memory is all screwed up and I can sense the brain damage in the frontal lobe. HOPE is a four letter word. I need to get psylocibin mushrooms because they are the ONLY thing left that will help my cluster headaches, and maybe my migraines too-with microdoses. Cannabis failed-too much nerve and brain damage. Sorry about the bitching.

I hope Mike Muir knows just how much he meant to so many young men with the music he made. Here was a guy who looked tougher than nails, playing some of the heaviest music at the time, telling us that it is OK to feel heavy emotions, to express it and talk about it, and that it was OK to cry. In an era of hyper masculinity when boys were taught not feel these things or express it, it was brave and very therapeutic for a lot of us. He was into mental health topics before it was cool. I know I am not alone, but it helped me through some really dark points in my life. To me, he is one of the greatest poets of our generation. I just wish I could say thank you.

Happy Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving for me was always great. My parents and our Beloved Dallas Cowboys. However my best friend, my mom died of cancer Nov 30, 1989 and from that day forward I became my Dad's caregiver until he passed in 2017 Me and my Dad always tried to make Thanksgiving good, at least we always had the Cowboys that day. This year has bee really tough. Two weeks before my Mom died the pain was too much and she sliced her wrists. i remember running into the room of my parents and my Dad crying calling 911. I thought my Mom died. I ran into the room to hug her and then I felt weak arms hold me. I was thrilled she was a live, but i was now all covered in her blood. It is much longer story how it happened but at the end of the day it was MY FAULT and I live with it . I was supposed to stand look out if she needed help. However, like the apostles watching over Jesus, I feel asleep. I am transgender and on vacation in 2016 my best trans friend and her lover raped me at gun point, while at home my Dad went into congestive heart failure. I do not have a cell phone and the woman watching over my Dad could not diagnose it. Since my fiance died from it at age 21 I knew exactly what I was looking at when i got home from the airport. 11 days later my Dad died, the same day I always held as a holiday...the birthday of my musical hero Paul Stanley. (1/20/2017). Because I am trans the company I worked for found a way to get rid of me. After 17 years of hard work they got rid of me after a nervous breakdown. So called friends have all abandoned me When you are trans you become the plague. Fellow metalheads do not react well to trans people. I am a really sexy blonde bombshell. Think Lita Ford cross Kelly Bundy but with a "Love Gun."l I tried to hang myself on my birthday this year (2/23) but I was found just in time. Today is Thanksgiving and it feels like my day agaiin. There is no turkey, there is no food.I am on SSD and it is the end of the month. Anyone on SSD knows what that means All I can say is Go Cowboys and hope for the best and my angels, Mom and Dad, watch over me today, For here there is no why, I just want to die. Go Cowboys because that is all I have left. I cannot put my DCC uniform (cheerleader) today. Thank you to Mike and Robert for treating us fans to the pizza party while on the 1991 Queensryche tour. I was front row. I did smile that day. For all the people that feel like me today or on Christmas, try and hang on do t the best you can. If anyone knows of anyone like me, reach out to them and especially on Thanksgiving a d Christmas. Saying you care to that person might just make them smile, better yet......you might save a life. I have my parents photos and my stuffed animals and my Cowboys and my Devils play tonight as well. Hopefully, that willl be enough for me to see tomorrow. To my fellow lonely people. hang in there.
